Not all shareholders would have taken up their entitlement. The extra shares you. me and others got where reallocated from those entitlements that were not taken up. There were more applications for extra shares than there were not taken up so some cash had to be handed back. Some right issues do allow for oversubscriptions to be accepted but not in this case. The received $1.5m in cash, issued $1.3m in shares and refunded $0.2m
