Yep this "rights issue" --Prospectus by 30 May or whenever--(yeah right)-- is agenda driven.... not cash need driven...


-This is especially the case and so; --(ie: a smoke signal)-- if my hypothesis on their (ITE) landing the formalized contracts through these next few weeks is on the money...

Whatever--more shares mean more "options" to buy at a discounted 28 cents plus a freebie later--butthe math do not add up...

If share price is say 45 cents ++ then it will oversubscribe in about 5 seconds flat!!--which further underlines waht I originally said about strategy, signals and strategy--and putting the first steps of a multi-bidder--repeat--multi bidder-- auction into play.

-Final point--this would folow the strategic history of (ITE director's) Steve Simpson--prevous seel outs--and famed deal/s ... yeilding mega bucks to Steve and Co-- from the past--$$$$---!!
