I suspect that the "size of the fish"-- they (ITE) have on their fishing line....has caught them(ITE Directors) a bit by surprise....as well as what Capital and Managerial and Infrastucture-- skills, competency sets-- and resources--- it will take to land it safely into the Boat....to truly ....monetize it... to the maximum commercial potential.

This company--(ITE) --- imo ---"screams out" --For a Wider and Bigger Capital Base...

And also, for deeper ongoing existing Cash Flows-- and Cash Reserves-- ....to run alongside the cash required..... not just to land the fish initially--....but to ALSO provide the Global IT Services Infrastructure -

-By this I mean, with which; to service the type of Business Model best suited to the Global Proprietary Software Vendor Model-- ---that is obviously attracted to the Clear Technical Competitive superior Benefits that Razor, Monarque and PTX do provide.......

An analogy might be if a Iron Ore hopeful explorer--found a Billion Tonnes of a Mother Load of Easy Access to Ports and Rail --Worlds Highest Quality at Shallow Depths Iron Ore....

They could try to develop A World Class Mine on their own...but in reality (unless they had American Backing like Andrew Forrest's Fortescue....)-- usually they would not do that.

I suspect we are getting to this sort of juncture.

Bottom Line imo is Share Holders in (ITE) will win....It is really a question. not of "if" but rather--imo-- of "how much" they will win by....

And finally.... I suspect this is getting VERY close now, --at least for..."The first out in the Public "-- Stage -- of these Merger style developments.
