What a disaster, only 11% taken up, probably by people who are now desperate to average down !--now this is what I call averaging down with a vengeance--QIC has to take up nearly the entire issue, what were they thinking?, this thing hasen't even got a board anymore, the rest of the eminent board members ran away years ago, what on earth are QIC doing here?, where are all the imminent partnerships?, DOH.
