They need to be more upfront before I'll buy any. Firstly, they have given no indication of what these businesses are that they are looking at. Sort of get the feeling that they really have looked through a Yellow Pages in China and rung a couple of companies involved in advertising - that's about the level of due diligence that they have done so far. Why no more details?

Secondly, what happened to the outdoor furniture contracts? They get them or did it fall through or are they still waiting for a decision?

Thirdly, what's the deal with Vertigo? Performance rights been cancelled but seems like Lumacom still own Vertigo in Greater China, Hong Kong and the U.S.A

Fourthly, why was the due diligence so poor prior to purchasing Vertigo? They have indicated in several ann's that Vertigo didn't perform as they expected it would

Fifthly, how have they ballsed up every single contract they have tendered for since the inception of the company?

Sixthly, can we justify continuing to pay Dollison and Borovac a combined income of greater than $400k per year based on Vertigo's performance and LUM's performance in the past year?

Seventhly, LUM now has 350mill shares on issue and $1mill in the bank and continues to lose money every quarter. $1mill is hardly going to buy any profitable company and as for issuing more shares in LUM, how are they going to do that if they wish to purchase a company worth $3-4mill? It would need to be a merger of sorts and the "acquired" company would definitely be on the board - you reckon they'd keep Borovac or Dollisson? SO how keen do you think these guys would be on doing the best thing for LUMacom shareholders? Both only got 2 million shares each.
Eigthly, looks like the guys who bought in the placement and received options have been screwed again. Oppies never going to get in the money now.

Ninthly, again it appears that LUM have got the day and date mixed up in their announcement. 2nd time in the past 2 or 3 years.

(NB The above comments are for stimulating discussion on a wide variety of points. They are not necessarily my own opinion)
