    AJM basically has a lot of shares on issue and no debt due to the sale of their flagship plant by the noteholders to PLS, the company still has a heartbeat

    Alex Cheeseman has been appointed CEO and the connections in SYA have allowed for buy-in of tenements over time. Thus, the company is rebooting.

    The latest offering entitles you to buy 1 share per 8.5 shares held at a price of $0.005 and re-listing expected sometime in December (3rd?)
