Hope you get in and out quick and make a few bucks...but be careful in my opinion as QTK are officially running out of money.

there were already almost out before they did this raising...they were using Pallisters personal 2 million he loaned QTK....then hardly anyone subscribed to the issue.

So now the company is running real low on cash.

Its either make some real money or fold the company in my opinion and there doesn't seem much scope getting any more money from anyone else.

Quiktrak made a big mistake from the start or Pallister did any way when he brought QTK out of administration.

He had the idea...however, instead of making any real money in his business...he constantly turned to the public to fund his venture......which in turn...never made money....so he kept turning to the market again and again and again for more money.

Just now....he did it again "we need more money...3 million...for working capital and the south africa project"......and voila....this time...6% of the money sought came in....the rest.....well.....they just wont get it.

Real profit Quiktrak....thats what you need...and because you borrowed so much....for example..the convertible notes to Bell Potter.....well you guys need to make some amazing profits over and over....and very fast.

Based on Quiktraks record to date and seeing no quarter EVER turn a profit....I see this as an impossibility.

I believe you would have more chance of seeing Quiktrak stand up quite soon and say "oh its just all too hard...we're back in administration".
