In a reply to a question I asked on the Intec Q+A forum, Dave Sammut has revealed that one of the reasons for this capital raising is that Macquarie Bank has indicated that they have chosen to not exercise their 45 million 8c options expiring in June. The rights issue is to replace the $3.6 million that had been expected from Macquarie
