Hmm - a bit of a stuff-up somewhere. I decided to try the market by putting a sell at 4.5c on the rights, but Commsec says that the rights have not been transfered across from the share-registry. Rang the share-registry, and they say that the rights can't begin trading until the record date, which is the 6th June!
Contacted Intec - someone is going to "get back to me"
