Yes,,, In effect TTY have underwritten the rights issue , thus TTY can potentially increase their stake in OLY from 64.82% to 76.55% at a discounted price from their origional 10c takeover offer.{assuming no one taking up their rights at 7c}. It's all very interesting corporate manouvering I think and it appears as though this has been standard practice with most of the other coy's that TTY have an interst in. MY main question is ... HOW this affects existing shareholders? WHO benefits? I have some suspicions but would really appreciate some constructive comments from others !
