Possibly in the prospectus , that TTY {or wholly owned subsiduary} is guarrantor for the issue !
I assume that means that Pattersons would most likely then onsell the rights to tty ?
Please correct me if this is wrong!
I know it doesn't pay to ASSUME anything !
