am an option holder too, but but your own arguement, the less optins converted the less rights issues which is good. I don't see anywhere if its underwritten, hopefully not then you'll get a 50% take up at best, so at best around 10-15mill new shares and oppies on a 1 for 3 basis. Not too bad and makes up for the placement in december that we did not get a crack at.

just hope its not underwritten, if it is then there's more shares going to a broker that will dump on any success.

I hope this is TEX giving current shareholders a crack. option holder have no cause for complaint as options are not shares, just the option to buy a share.
