Good evening everyone. This is my first post on HC. I like SBN as they are the initials of my first born! This is what I think is going to happen. The rights issue will be a 4:5 with an attached free option exercisable at any time over a period of 2 years at a strike price of 2c. I believe the issue with be underwritten to the tune of $2m.
That is my punt......and you have got to ask yourself, do I feel lucky?
