    Only 20 million, (42%) were subscribed for leaving 28 million in the hands of the Underwriters.

    I think that the short to medium trend with the sp will much depend on what the Underwriters do with this considerable overhang.

    Hopefully they will have already arranged placement with their clients and that these clients will hang on to them.
