though I feel somewhat strong armed into doing so, I have decided to fully subscribe to the issue. Not doing so leads to significant dilution.
I believe that this unusual issue has been devised to raise capital but also to allow some to pick up a lot of shares on the cheap (knowing that plans are in place that will cause to correct itself, even rise).
where the price rises to depends on what is achieved and how attractive the company appears to another.
