If they are fully subscribed then that would be circa $10 million cash from the Rights. Plus they have another $5 million in existing cash reserves. Plus another $3 million in Current Assets as of Dec 22. So, all up if fully subscribed you are talking around $18 million in current assets with $15 million in cash.
Market cap at just 1.0 cent would be around $20 million. So, if you just take away the cash, then it has an enterprise value of $5 million at 1.0 share price.
That is way too low. Considering it had a market cap of $50 million not that long ago.
