Many reasons why odd markets occur and with THX the SP is depressed primarily because the nickel mine is on care and maintenance and the general market is depressed beyond anything ever seen in anyones' lifetime,so in spite of excellent prospects (read the announcements),sellers will take what ever they can for many reason such as a flight to cash or to pay calls etc etc.
The rights are there for current holders @9.5c + 1/3 option so currently you can buy on market at ~9c and if you hold you can take up the rights.

IMO long term = great value but still a spec.


Also dividend stocks are a lot less than they were 6 months ago,so many will sell anythingt to get into them.
