Ahhhh no go read the issue doc's this is fully underwritten which means the way i have read all literature is that if its not fully subscribed by current holders then institutional investors will be offered the rights and all will be sold.
The shares will turn into head shares on the 20th be fully paid and sellable at market price, the offer is to pay debt owing to operating outside one lenders agreeement i think but hey go chart this company and share price go look at the recommendations of some very good brokers instos etc heck they were $5 not that long ago. They are the biggest resin producer in the world as well.
