The issue is I think they have demonstrated financial incompetence and illiteracy by ending up in this position and not raising at a significantly higher price (50%, 100%, 150% or even 200% higher - which is only $0.80c).
The number of failures VS successes is bordering on incompetence (I actually think it is way beyond incompetence), and for me, that is why I sold out 20% higher than the current share price and 25.5% higher than the rights issue price.
I obviously won't be participating, but I will continue to watch and see what happens.
The staff have competency, the tech has merit, and the board and CEO needs replacing - as I see it.
