    I agree, definitely financial incompetence especially when they stated they did not want to dilute the head company to fund projects then dilute anyway. That I found was a stunning failure to say the least, I also think when David sold his massive wad mid .40’s just before 3/4 projects were shelved very suss but that’s just me and my opinion only not fact so I maybe wrong.
    These have had me loose a lot of faith in the guy behind the wheel and now it feels like he is clutching at straws to keep NMT alive.
