    IMO the retail shareholders have been done over.I believe that all rights issues in countries like the United Kingdom are renouncable rights issues & some countries give the current shareholders first right of refusal. I stand to be corrected on this statements as i am no legal eagle.

    IMO it is about time ASIC addressed these issues.

    Any members of the Australian Shareholders Association know if the ASA is addressing these issues
