    haspete how do you figure this is going to hurt the share price? your basically getting two shares( all be it 1 is an oppie) for the price of one, for holders of btv.....
    the instos will chew this up something shocking, cuz there is now way btv will be under 5c by july next year......... this is very good..... theres no way i will be selling
