With $3m cash I guess something was on the cards. But burn rate should be pretty low, given nature of current ops.
As long as the Board isn't in a hurry to "do something now", and offer is made to all holders.
I have only a token holding. IMHO there are still a few "hangovers" and progress to prove before getting serious with this one. Happy to sit on -30% paper loss given status. With or without rights issue.
