Take this into consideration:

Neo has much acreage yet these are the fist two wells to be drilled after many years. IMHO they will be a better than average chance of success. I would like to see some seismic data on these two plays.

With both oil and gas at high prices and NEO about to drill two prospects within the next 3 months NEO looks exceptional value.

NEO market cap only 8 million at present. If all the rights issue is taken up NEO will have over 5 million to play with and still a relative low market cap.

It has been slow going for this stock for a long time, but it looks as though things are rolling again.
