Announcement out after 7 pm tonight on the ASX indicates that the Rights issued closed.
Slightly more people took up their rights than didn't :

"Shareholders have taken up their rights totalling 138,245,376 options ($138,250), leaving a shortfall amount of 102,489,114 options ($102,489) to be allocated under the Prospectus."

The status of the remainder is being sorted out : "The Directors are currently reviewing allocation of the remaining shortfall options and will advise the market upon allotment."

So the money will be raised one way or another.
