I worked out how much I should pay for my allocation plus some shortfall shares and I will Bpay that amount on monday. The company asked Computershare to explain the process to investors in a better way, but they were told that this is their usual way. Personally I think that Computershare are slack for not making the process simpler, clearer and bulletproof. I've got to say that filling out a paper copy is a far better method than the online method presently.
