I got both the forms , (1st one as well as the Repeat one just yesterday) , Yes I to didn't know how many I had- as I couldn't find it anywhere on the form , Luckily I kept the Original Capital raising paperwork and the following forms (which told me how many Options I had) in my Files , so when I found that I just paid for that many , On the form there is also an EFT option , so I just paid that way , added the Reference number on the paperwork and sent that back to them, so I hope I did it Right , Did try to Call Link , though they where busy , so just went with what I thought was right ! And yes the "repeat " form does have the amount of options you own, just not the 1st form!
