Agree completely with what is being said, we have been screwed to the wall and I now wish I had of accepted the original takeover offer, my shares are now effectively worth nothing and at best I'll have a decent loss to offset verses any future profit...
The whole thing leaves a bad feeling in my gut but in life you have to learn to forgive yourself for bad decisions or you just end up bitter and twisted!
