Yeah good question, it's under written so if people don't take up their rights, it allows Senosi to get more shares for less (I think that is who has underwritten it) rather than raise at 60 cents. The big question for me is where is the update on the export agreement? It has been deadly silent, I guess we will find out in the quarterly.
