knew the directors weren't taking up theirs in full, it was disclosed in document
top 3 shareholders have about 21-22% of company. Only around 30% of the shares offered were taken up. so if the substantials took up in full then only 10/70 were taken by remaining shareholders. Seems very low given gold and Li shares running hot
Or if substantial s didn't take up in full, why not? Capri is the largest and the vendor of mt holland

Its good cash wise for the company that its underwritten but it seems like a very poor response even after the extension "for school holidays" and the Li ann during the offer period
