The packages are:
fair rewards for
1.Rescuing the company from the brink of sinking.
Done.
and incentives for
2.Restoring the future profitability/prosperity of TZ/PDT.
To be Done.
Am happy for MB/KT/WV's team to own up to 10% (8m sh) of the company.
One good milestone to aim for would be the share price when the directors' exercise their options.
Say
TZ @ $2, $4, $6 when directors exercise at $1, $2, $3.
