Hence why I suggested that you so some proper due diligence or go and ask someone that might be qualified enough to tell you what could happen.

The rest of the post is more of the same. Just do what I have said in reply to one of your posts before, and then come back to me and tell me and the whole Forum what you have been told.

I have warned you and the Forum in the past of what could happen IMO, and I also warned everyone of what the Auditor report was clearly spelling out, and, while it proved that I was right in calling it, you never admitted to such a thing.

Anyway, just mark my words and one day we will be able to call it properly.

Are you honestly of the belief that, if WEG has no money, or if it is just a two dollars shelf company we will be able too recover for any of our Legal costs.???

How much did that cost us, and what did it do to our sp while they still retained their 50% ownership of Cockatoo.??

And, neither you, nor I, have access to what the JV P/ship agreement says in black and white, nor what it entails, so....???

The only thing that we can do, is to wait and see what will unfold, and hope that WEG (The Chinese), will take their money and live happily thereafter. But, just in case, don't forget what they can do with that money afterwards.
