one side of this (WEG) have nothing to stand on from a legal viewpoint.. nothing at all hence for them it IS a deal of a lifetime.. if they refuse they are seriously risking the loss of 50% JV for nothing..

Yes, we need to go to market or other JV for Stage 5 funding, no doubting that. Lets assume the WEG deal is completed i think larger investors would have a lot more faith backing PLV with they (WEG) and their buffoonry gone..
