Yes Tim....just like when we terminated the joint venture agreement last time.....remember the extended suspension......there is a high risk of something going wrong with negotiation looking at past performance.....
The only positive I can see at the moment.....regardless of what happens they can't destroy the share price like last time.....but at penny dreadfully stage....it is a pretty good risk
