I might have this wrong but are they offering 434 mill shares @4 cents isnt that dilution or am i missing something and where is the discount what options that might never get to the ex prices one ends in oct 2014 .

Wouldnt you think that they would offer them a lot cheaper at the moment than 4 cents what the SP is at the moment

Bit loss at the moment may you can enlighten me as i stated i wouldnt mind buying in if i could see the value.
