if you don't participate that's dilution, and if you do participate fully, what's that?

cheaper than the 4c SP? if you actually followed the stock you would know it was 10c when they announced the CR, how big a discount you want? the share price generally traces back to the CR price does it not.. a 1:1?

to get it fully underwritten they were obviously forced to accept 4c.. they've backed into a corner, how/IF they get out is yet to be seen.. a relative minefield to negotiate on the way out but the reward is there if they do..
