we need these guys to ensure we can get rid of the cancer once and for all, no more games, no more stall tactics.. if they dont accept the offer of $21million which they've agreed to (but that's 100% meaningless as we know), what are our legal options?

as for directors participating, its in the prospectus..

"It is the current intention of Tony Schoer and Russell Williams to subscribe for some or all of their respective Entitlements offered to them under this Prospectus.
All Directors may or may not purchase additional Shares prior to the Record Date. As noted earlier, Brett Clark (Managing Director) will sub-underwrite the Offer to the amount of $200,000, and Richard Mehan (Director) will sub-underwrite the Offer to the amount of $20,000."
