I was thinking doing that after investing into this company i cant work out how any one have confidence in this management anymore after the drop in the SP from Jan 2014 16 cents to present 4 cents.
Why have so many on the board and are we paying up for 8 all in toll surely we should be able to cut costs.

I will have to sell out i dont think i could handle much more of the doubt surrounding this company.

With all these shares to be given out and if sold on the market this might push the sp lower than it is ,yes hard wether to hold or sell at the moment.
IMO i cant see much value anymore with this company.
