anyone notice the following statement in the April 28th announcement?

signing of a letter agreement with Wise Energy Group Limited (Wise), that it has instructed its lawyers to prepare
the necessary sale documentation to effect the acquisition by Pluton of Wise’s 50% joint venture interest in the

its a bit early no? we have till october 2014.. surely this isn't a 6 month process..
