Shorts who hold ORE will most likely have a number of ORER shorts added to their accounts (I presume that is the code) that they might want to cover, by buying them on market. (I'm not sure if they all can hold them to the bookbuild and cover the bookbuild proceeds or not - if somebody knows for certain please reply). So if you are not going to take them up - you might want to see if they are selling at a premium to ORE, and take advantage. Just an idea - not a reco for what to do.
