If you exercise your rights then you are entitled to 1 option for two new shares .
Rights are tradable under ELSR and trading . The last day of trading is 1/12/20.
Closing date to exercise your rights is the 8/12/20. This means you have to have paid by the 8/12 not paid on the 8/12 to Automic.

You can apply for additional shares/rights at the same time when you make the payment to Automic.
You can also apply directly with the lead manager http://mahe.capital/ into the shortfall.

Offshore holders who are not entitled to participate obviously bid with everyone else in to any shortfall of rights after the 8th Dec. and you would expect they all will and possibly bid for more to ensure they get set . You will also see plenty of other interest to buy any shortfall but if you wish to participate I suggest you need to own the stock first as mentioned these allocation are at the discretion of the lead manager and company .
