    Seems to be a few folk selling rights. Given the share price, better option might be to sell as shares (ie not the rights) to exercise the rights. For example, if you have 100000 shares and 100000 rights but don't want any more shares and simply sell the rights at 1c, you end up with $1000 to go with your 100000 AVX shares. If, on the other hand, you sell all your AVX shares, you get $9000 and can then spend $7000 of it to exercise the rights. Then you still have the same number of shares as the other scenario (100000), but also have $2000 cash, instead of $1000. DYOR of course!
