Well SFR is showing up as XE which means ex entitlements, so I think if you sell today, you will still be entitled to the rights issue, however I would play it safe and sell tomorrow if I am really desperate to sell. I would just hold it, the rights issue is not 1:1 its 1:10, so its not that much unless you have a HUGE position.
