Nevertheless a year on presumably they've built the pool of drilling expertise somewhat, and perhaps it's now time to take any short term pain of training another crew, it's going to have to be done at some point.

A year ago getting suitable expats (or Thais from abroad) for the training/new crew may have been a lot harder than today.

On balance I must trust that management have been weighing all the factors and are doing the right thing.

CVN is going to need a new rig and crew for L20/50 imo, can't see POE letting them take that for up to 4 wells, and we certainly wouldn't want that either. Plenty to drill in L44, arguably better reward/risk in L44, so as an either/or L20/50 wouldn't get the look in it warrants, from a CVN perspective, let alone a POE one.
