John,
Well certainly when you've been running two rigs for 3 years you'd think that if skills were that hard to acquire that you'd have been doing a heap of training and would by now have ample suitably experienced crew for a third rig.
Was probably a valid issue 2 years ago, and may have been only partially resolved a year ago, but now it would really be a pretty lazy excuse.
I"ll be interested as to the feedback from any atendees.
