So surely she would miss out on the earn out consideration of 1 million cash and 4 million worth of shares?
If so that is quite allot to walk away from. Plus the existing shares.
My guess is most likely personal reasons not Halo.
Guess we will never know.
Maybe good to get some one in with new perspective, that dosent have all this earn out.
