Yeah, I've detailed here a few times & it's in the prospectus that RIL needs access to the FEED study from NMT.
NMT hasn't released the FEED study yet, it's due in August.
There's not much RIL can do other than look for more feedstock, which it's doing.
The BOD doesn't pull a large salary here, so I don't know where you get your information from.
No one, including myself, is happy with the time it's taken. There's nothing to do but sit & wait.
