Sis - My understanding is that this is ASX initiated. Originally the company was admitted as a "Mining Exploration" entity i.e. exploring for minerals. So the criteria that was based on that original listing has changed according to ASX based on the current activities. I think the ASX is looking closely at the company assessing it's ability to meet obligations and maintain listing status hence the reporting changes outlined under the new status.
