Hi to all the former HNR holders & welcome to the new RIL forum. I thought I would start this thread so shareholders can discuss all things Redivium. I guess you could consider this the old HNR general discussion thread & it will help keep the ann threads clean.
For anyone who doesn't know, Redivium (RIL) was formerly known as Hannans (HNR). A new name with what's hopefully a bright new future in battery recycling.
Remember, a new relationship could be created at any time, in addition to the ones listed below. The licence area for RIL covers a lot of Europe, so it's a huge area.
Both NMT & Greenhouse are shareholders in RIL & Greenhouse is the reason why RIL holds its own licence for the UK, Ireland, Italy & parts of the Balkans. The Nordic countries are a 50:50 JV with a still unlisted company called CM. Most of the former HNR/RIL board are in CM.
Some of the former board members of RIL (HNR back then) are in the T20. In fact, almost 50% of RIL is owned by NMT, Greenhouse plus former & some current board members.
NMT has been able to attract the likes of Mercedes Benz with this technology & Europe is full of car manufacturers, so I'm hoping RIL can find some significant feedstock in time.
The videos below showcase the technology RIL holds because it's the same tech that Primobius has, through an NMT transaction with SMS group. RIL also has to pay a 10% royalty back to an entity owned by both NMT & SMS Group equally, it's called ACN 630.
Europe wants to recycle batteries to secure its own supplies of critical metals & RIL has battery recycling technology, so it's a relationship that should grow in time.
