An offtake agreement would be handy. It's only a few months overdue....

They have finalised the mining, financing agreements and transport, but alas the one that really matters is an OFF-TAKE agreement. No point mining if you don't have someone to sell to!
Unfortunately it's probably hard to get some to sign a contract when there's an appeal in process and an injunction waiting in the wings.
